Every child is unique & special. Ishwarya R,  who has completed her Masters in Special Education and in Psychological counseling firmly believes in it and promotes early identification and intervention to help a child be independent. She is a Gold medalist in her M.ed and PG diploma in Psychological Counseling. Her 8 years of experience with the children who had learning difficulties, ADHD, Autism, Intellectual disability taught her flexibility with firmness, patience with perseverance. She presented a paper at the International conference about “A team collaboration for Early Intervention towards Inclusion of a Child with ADHD – A single case study”. She is a current member of RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India). A passionate professional who entrusts her students, strives for their physical & mental well-being and works relentlessly to contribute to their independent living. She is currently employed with Stepping stones as a programme supervisor (NIOS).
