Shweta Narasimhan

Shweta Narasimhan is a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certified by the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA). She holds a master’s degree in special education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University, USA.

Though Shweta began her career in audit and finance having a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance), she found her passion for working with children with special needs. This realization inspired a meaningful career transition into the field of applied behavior analysis.

Today, as Associate Director at Stepping Stones Center, Shweta is involved in program standardization and digitization across SSC settings, supervising the ABA program while also mentoring future professionals through the center’s ABAT internship program. Shweta is passionate about nurturing the unique spark within every child—helping ignite and sustain their journey—while creating structured, compassionate, and evidence-based learning environments that support each child in reaching their fullest potential.
