Sisira K

Sisira K holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from CMR University. She is an ABAT-certified professional from the QABA Board and is currently pursuing her QBA certification.

With over four years of experience, she has worked with 100+ children with special needs, focusing on skill development, academic progress, and social skills training. She specializes in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and customized intervention programs tailored to each child’s needs.

Her work includes behavior management, school readiness, and structured learning approaches. She has successfully supported the mainstreaming of multiple children into inclusive educational settings.

As a Program Supervisor, she also trains and mentors educators, ensuring the implementation of effective, evidence-based practices.
