Dr. Priya Buran

Dr. Priya Buran is a highly experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist with over 25 years of professional experience in multidisciplinary settings, working across both adult and paediatric intervention centres. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Government Medical College,Nagpur  and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.

She is a Certified Sensory Integration Therapist from the University of Southern California (2012) and has undergone specialized training in Handwriting Without Tears (2015), Brain Gym (2016), and OPT Level-1. Additionally, she was certified as a Group Leader by Com DEALL Trust, Bangalore (2012).

Dr. Priya has extensive experience working with children with diverse needs for over 13 years, supporting both inclusive (mainstream) and special school settings across India. She is recognized for her expertise in Sensory Integration Therapy and has a strong clinical interest in fine motor development, pre-writing skills, visual perception, and motor planning.

She has actively contributed to capacity building by conducting training programs and workshops for therapists, teachers, educators, and parents across various regions in India.
