K Amritha

K Amritha is the Founder and Managing Director of Stepping Stones Center. She is a gold medallist from Anna University and holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science and Engineering. She has worked as a software developer with iNautix Technologies a group company of Bank of New York Mellon – a leading financial services provider for 3 years. Amritha’s passion and calling in the field of education is what brought her to start Stepping Stones Center in the year 2013.

Amritha has graduated from Goldman Sac’s 10K Women Entrepreneurship Program conducted at Indian Institute of Management(IIM) – Bangalore in 2022 and Indian School of Business(ISB), Hyderabad in 2025. She was a title winner of Her Start Up Show organized by Britannia Marie Gold Ltd in April 2025.Amritha was the winner of The Bicester Collection’s Unlock Her Future Prize 2025 — a global recognition of women leaders driving real change. The grant money of $50K will help in scaling Stepping Stones to impact more children.

Since she believes that “Everyone is good at something” and all children should be given a fair chance to shine, she is a strong promoter of Inclusive Education in mainstream schools.
