Neethu Mol S

Neethu Mol S holds an M. Phil in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical and Counselling Psychology. Currently pursuing her Ph.D in Psychology from Lovely Professional University, Punjab. Additionally, she has completed a B.Ed in Special Education and is dedicated to enhancing expertise in assisting diverse learners.

With over a decade of experience, she has served in various roles, including Professor, Department Head, Counsellor, and Special Educator. These diverse experiences have contributed to a deep understanding of psychology and special education, fostering a commitment to inclusive education.

Recognized for outstanding contributions to teaching, research, and publications, she has been honored with the prestigious Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Lifetime Achievement National Award.

Currently serving as the Head of Inclusive Education at Stepping Stones Center, Bangalore, she leads a team of 100+ educators dedicated to fostering an inclusive learning environment across 10 schools in Bangalore with CBSE, ICSE, and IB curricula. Her work focuses on developing and implementing strategies that support diverse learners, ensuring meaningful inclusion in educational settings.
